oren4d accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Indonesian players, including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Verification Requirements: Before processing your first withdrawal, oren4d requires completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify account ownership, payment methods, or transaction legitimacy.
Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. VIP tier members enjoy expedited processing times: Gold tier (6 hours), Platinum tier (3 hours), Diamond tier (instant). Processing times refer to oren4d's internal approval; actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider and typically occurs within 1-3 business days.
Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account status and verification level. Standard accounts have a daily limit of Rp 50,000,000, while verified VIP accounts may have higher limits.
Withdrawal to Deposit Source: For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposits. If the original deposit method is unavailable, alternative arrangements must be approved by oren4d financial security team.
oren4d offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly disclosed at the time of the offer.
Bonus Acceptance: By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion. Bonus terms typically include wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering bonus funds, and expiration periods.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus Abuse: oren4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player is engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Bonus Modification: oren4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed, which remain subject to their original terms.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted when you receive a confirmation message displaying your bet details and unique bet ID. Until confirmation is received, the bet is not valid. oren4d reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any player at our discretion.
Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport. For togel markets, results are based on official draw outcomes from designated Indonesian lottery operators. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories.
Obvious Errors: oren4d reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to obvious technical errors, system malfunctions, or human error. If odds are clearly incorrect (e.g., decimal odds of 1000.00 when the correct odds should be 1.10), any bets placed at the incorrect odds will be void and stakes refunded.
In-Play Betting: For live betting markets, odds are updated in real-time based on match events. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief period where bets are still accepted after an event has occurred. Bets placed after an outcome is already determined will be void.
Results and Disputes: All bet results displayed on your account are final unless successfully disputed within 14 days of settlement. To dispute a result, contact customer support with your bet ID and detailed explanation. oren4d's decision on disputes is final and binding.

Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, oren4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Content: oren4d is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party game content, sports data, or odds provided by external partners and suppliers.
Player Responsibility: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction. oren4d provides entertainment services internationally and makes no representations regarding the legality of these services in any particular jurisdiction.
Termination by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to normal withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. Bonus funds and pending bets may be forfeited upon account closure.
Termination by oren4d: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, breach of applicable laws, or failure to complete verification procedures.
Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, your access to oren4d services will be immediately revoked. If your account is closed due to violations of these terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any outstanding bets or bonuses. If your account is closed in good standing, your account balance will be returned subject to verification and applicable withdrawal procedures.
Self-Exclusion: As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account or place bets. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of oren4d services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
